Human Rights Bunting – A Recent Event Our recent Human Rights Bunting event was a joyful and inspiring day filled with creativity, conversation, and community spirit. Children, families, and adults gathered together to create colourful pieces of bunting exploring ideas of fairness, safety, kindness, freedom, and respect. Each person responded in their own unique way through drawing, colour, symbols, and words. Some children drew homes and families. Some drew nature and peaceful places. Others wrote simple but powerful messages about being safe, included, listened to, and treated fairly. As the day went on, the bunting grew longer and longer, filling the space with colour, imagination, and hope. Seeing all the individual artworks hanging together created something incredibly moving — many different voices connected through art.
